Hi Everyone,

I opened in January, and I DO have a contract, but I would like to make a more comprehensive one to move forward with. I'm wondering if anyone would be will to share theirs so I can pull some ideas from them. I'm not interested in just copying what other people have done, but would like to see what the "norm" is.
